Yes, that is correct, it is a shipwreck in the desert.

A color landscape photo of a approximately 20 foot wooden boat wreck. It is very old and the wood planks are fallen off of the frame in many places, but it still has the shape of a boat. The deck has pretty much collapsed in. The boat rest on dirt with dry brush surrounding it. The bow is in the lower left and the stern in the upper right. A mountain range is seen in the far distance in the upper right side of the frame.

@elaterite Sorta like how my friends and I would randomly (and jokingly) report to each other sightings of periscopes at the Black Rock Desert. (We were there for rocket launch events.) It's obviously the Swiss Navy... nobody else has as much experience operating ships inland.
