Black and white landscape photo with a view along the inner rim of a sandstone canyon. Because of erosion pattern successive rim are formed going down a sandstone cliff. This view is looking along a rim below the top of the canyon. The rim is on the right side. The deeper canyon is somewhat visible in the center left. In the right foreground is an ancient granary, where natives stored food supplies. The slab door is missing revealing a rectangular opening. The rim extends into the distance on the right. It is fairly flat with scattered boulders. In the distance are many odd shapes and spires. Large boulders sit perched on top of the canyon rim and there are a lot of overhangs along this inner rim. They blend in, but there are actually numerous granaries and living space along the canyon wall.
