Here you go, @River. This is the Truckee River Whitewater Park in downtown Reno. The river is natural but the whitewater is constructed. They hold competitions there each year. I think this is part of the freestyle comp?

My favorite teacher in high school was Mr. Jack Williamson, who was an amazing #history and economics teacher. But the only reason he had his job was because he could coach wrestling. Because Americans don't seem to care if their kids know history and civics. They care about #sports.

I think a lot of what has provided for the fertile ground of #MAGA insanity is Americans' lack of understanding of basic #civics and history. Because most #coaches are sh*tty teachers.

I'm all for banning athletes born with an unfair competitive advantage over their field. That's why we should immediately ban rich children from all sports.

Top-notch equipment? Private coaches? Travel leagues? I'm sorry if this offends you but that's just not natural. That's just not how sports were when | was growing up. Won't someone think of the children?

Info: An active limestone mine has collapsed under Gordon F. Moore Community Park in Alton, IL. The whole thing happened a few days after the end of a soccer camp for children. A perfectly round hole opened up and swallowed one of the field lights. The hole is estimated to be 100 feet wide and 30 feet deep, although the mine is much deeper. A surveillance camera even captured a video of it. The entire park is currently closed.
